Raymond Mathis Athletic Scholarship
CCSD, African American male seniors with a 3.0 unweighted GPA or higher who have actively participated in two or more years in high school sports/athletics and plan to attend an accredited college or university in Nevada may apply for this scholarship. Finalists may be interviewed. One $1,000 scholarship will be awarded.
Chris Cassell Memorial Baseball Scholarship
CCSD Nevada seniors who play varsity high school baseball and intend to play college baseball and will be enrolled as a full-time college student may apply for this scholarship. A 3.0 GPA or higher is preferred. One or two $2,500 scholarships will be awarded.
Tim Bombard Memorial Scholarship
All Nevada High School student-athletes, along with current Nevada College and University student-athletes, that are US citizens, including previous recipients of this scholarship, may apply. Applicants must have a 2.5 GPA or higher. Family income must be less than $90,000. Students with a full-ride athletic scholarship are not eligible to apply. Proof of participation on a college sports team must be submitted and verified (interscholastic only, intramurals do not qualify). One scholarship in the amount of $1,000 will be awarded. This scholarship is renewable for up to three additional years provided the student continues to meet the original requirements. Total scholarship will be $4,000 if requirements are met all four years.

Rich Abajian Leadership Scholarship Awarded by The Southern Nevada Sports Hall of Fame
Seniors living in Clark County, Nevada who have participated in athletics for the past four years and have a 3.2 or higher unweighted GPA may apply for this scholarship. The student may be a senior at a charter, private, or CCSD high school. Students must describe their participation in athletics and leadership roles. Five $2,500 scholarships will be offered.
